Red Dragon Fruit

The dragon fruit is an exotic cactus fruit that is eaten raw
and is mildly sweet, juicy, and crisp. It is remarkably
refreshing and its flavour has hints of pear, kiwi and
melon. The fruit is round with a vivid skin colour ranging
from hot-pink to red. The flesh is purple-red and contains
small, edible black seeds like the kiwi.

ripeness, never before. This yields a superior quality fruit,
naturally low in calories, yet rich in fiber, vitamin C,
calcium, phosphorus, and other minerals. It also is an

Red Dragon Fruit Juice Drink Concentrate

When our Dragon Fruit reaches the peak of ripeness we
immediately crush the fruit, blend it with pure cane sugar
and gently pasteurize it for wholesomeness. The result is
a premium quality, 100% all natural juice drink
concentrate with no preservatives, no artificial colours or
flavours.

Because we use the whole fruit, our product is rich in
natural fibre and antioxidants, and makes a healthy and
refreshing beverage when diluted with 8-10 parts of water.

Citric Acid, Xanthan Gum (thickening agent), Ascorbic Acid

Red Dragon Fruit Jam

We use only our ripest, sweetest and most flavourful fruit
to produce our fruit jam. And we make our jam with more
fruit than is required by law. This results in a 100%
natural, premium jam with less sugar and more fruit
flavour. It also provides the benefits of fibre and vitamin C.
